Tanning bed accessories

Here is a list of accessories that no tanning bed should be without. Most tanning beds when purchased come with these accessories but some don't:

Eye protectors. There are goggles that should always be worn when inside a tanning bed or whenever the tanning lamps are on. They protect the eyes against the UV rays.

Tanning bed cleaner. This is a special cleaning solution that should always be used to clean the acrylic surface of the tanning bed section that one lies on. Skin oils and dirt accumulation can diminish the effectiveness of the tanning lamps.

Tanning bed lotion. Don't use the same tanning lotion you would use while tanning from the sun. Tanning bed lotions are specially formulated for tanning beds.

Tanning bed pillow. Since one lies on a hard acrylic plastic surface, a pillow is a must.
